Prince-Jovian Antoine that is not a ton to start with marketing but it is a start. I would use that to buy bandit signs, books to grow your knowledge, and design a direct mail marketing campaign. Buying lists can be expensive so instead grind it and do driving for dollars and mine the internet. If you hustle and truly work that 1-3k you can make it worth it. If you take the lazy way then that is about half a months worth of good marketing. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

Christopher Berkely welcome to BP! Charleston is an unbelievable market. I just left a few months ago to try things out in Columbia. Troy Gandee , Russ Scheider , and Mike Nicholson are great guys to get to know in that area. If I can help out at all please let me know!

Carlos Rodrigues Columbia can certainly be a solid market for what you are looking for. The NE side of town you can pick up good rentals for these prices (in fact I have 2 right now) and there are things to do. Another good spot that I am pretty active in is Aiken. It is a transient little town with a solid rental market because people are only wanting to live there for a few years. It's got a good downtown area and you can pick them up in the $30's pretty consistently. Anything I can do to help please let me know.
