Hey everyone,

I moved to Charleston last year and and am ready to start investing in buy and hold rental properties. I'm new to the BP community as well as investing in the Charleston market. I'm looking forward to finding great investing opportunities, learning as much as I can, and networking with all of you.

Chris

Thanks everyone for replying to my post, I appreciate it! @Amy Bates I'm currently interested in vacation homes around the beaches to use as short term rentals as well as single family homes in the greater Charleston area for long term rentals.  Basically if the deal makes sense numbers wise regardless of location, I'd be interested haha.  I have been primarily looking in the NC/Summerville area for the long term rentals.
