Hey everyone,

I moved to Charleston last year and and am ready to start investing in buy and hold rental properties. I'm new to the BP community as well as investing in the Charleston market. I'm looking forward to finding great investing opportunities, learning as much as I can, and networking with all of you.

I have two rentals in northern charleston county but am thinking about West Ashley or Hanahan for my next purchase. Ton of jobs out in Ladson as well and there are a number of older neighborhoods with affordable brick ranches. Look forward to hearing more about what areas and neighborhoods others like for long term rentals. My wife and I like the buy-rehab - rent model and have been able to obtain a commercial line of credit using the rentals as collateral. Welcome to Charleston!!
