I’m ready to activate my real estate license with a brokerage. I passed the exam a few days ago. My husband and I are interested in investing and really want to make flipping houses and accumulating rental properties a full time business. He runs a painting business and will be able to handle the construction side of things while I find the properties. Should I sign with a popular brokerage like KW or Ebby Holiday or find a broker to hang my license with? I would still like to sell homes to clients but want to make investing a priority. Im in the DFW area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Thank you for your response! Sounds like great advice! We just need to start networking. I might try and find another REI group to join in the area. It wouldn't hurt to be a part of more then one group. Thank you!

Does anyone have experience with Phill Grove and the REIA in Dallas? I attended a meeting and signed up for a free 3 day event in Dallas this weekend. Would love some feed back. Thanks!!

I need advice on designing an informational packet for a potential private lender?  Something to walk through with the lender.  Just an example. Thank you!
