@Darren Sager Thanks for your input. I figured that was the way to go but you hear things like get started with little, no, or bad credit. I was thinking of wholesaling to build capital and repair credit simultaneously

hey bp family, I am a electrician out of new jersey. I'm 28 years old. long story short, I messed my credit up when I was younger and have been repairing it for the last 2 years. I have a decent income of 70k. My question is should I look to buy now with bad credit or repair credit then buy?

How's it going....I'm just getting started myself investing in RE. I can't really point you to any direction. I would look up some attorneys online and make some phone calls and compare rates. If you find a good attorney, send the info over because I'm looking to buy my first property soon.

Forgive me for not being much help. Hope everything works out.
