slow start, strong finish

hey bp family, I am a electrician out of new jersey. I'm 28 years old. long story short, I messed my credit up when I was younger and have been repairing it for the last 2 years. I have a decent income of 70k. My question is should I look to buy now with bad credit or repair credit then buy?

@Brandall Cury do everything you can to repair your credit asap. It has ramifications all across your life, even now with employment from what I understand. The cost difference on a loan over a 30 year period will be significant in your rate with poor credit. Work on that ASAP and do other things to get involved in REI while you're doing it.
