Hi, I am still in high school but plan to make real estate investing my career. Not exactly sure the real estate path I want to go down but I have read numerous books on flipping and owning rental properties. I currently work and plan to save up several 10’s of thousands of dollars shortly after high school. Are there any investors in the Columbus, Ohio region that would be open to future partnerships with a young, inexperienced, but eager investor?

@Braeden Henry Furthermore, how do they keep buying houses with their initial money invested?

When it's time to refinance your BRRRR property, does the bank just give you a fat check? When does a portfolio lender come into place? I'm confused on how the whole process works on "getting your money back" on a deal. Also, how do people efficiently scale their business to buying 10+ homes in a year? Thank you if you respond!
