I have $20k, how should I throw that money into real estate to make more than $20k in a short amount of time?

@Remington Lyman not sure if you saw this message because it doesn’t pop up in my messages box, but I read where a bank doesn’t wanna loan a mortgage to you if the payment exceeds around 30% of your monthly income. Is this true or does this not apply for an investment property and chase dreamaker loan / fha loan?

@Trent Ecklar furthermore, would you suggest house hacking again after 1 year into another multi family property? Or just saving up my money in general to buy a multi family property with 20% or more down payment?
