@Maria G. thank you Maria! I appreciate your input. I think my problem was not listing my criteria in the ad. I have it now! Do you have a preference you like more than the other between Zillow, Rentscreener or zumper?

@Tony H. that is very true. My thing is I’d like to have all the pre screening done before the showing. And most of the large apartments charge $25-30 which is why I was wondering.

Thanks @John Underwood. Do you send your tenants to Zillow even if you got their lead from another source?

I used Smart Move by TransUnion for my first couple screenings. However it appears they only have the $40 option to bill the tenants and I’m wondering if someone has a viable option at $25 or so that will allow me to have more tenants willing to go through the process? I’m trying to get away from paper and also get the same amount of applicants. Thanks
