Thanks Natalie, I have discussed with my RE Attorney and we are looking into the options. I was fraudulently led to believe the home was not historic. However, I am not a sue happy kind of person. We are determining what the cost difference is to better understand the impact to my rehabilitation plans.
I just closed a week ago on a property, one of the tenants after I closed told me that she was told by the former owner that the home was historic which I quickly wrote off until hearing the same from the neighbors who are not able to do the updates they wanted. I have since contacted the city and confirmed the home is historic but the seller disclosed it was not. What do I do???

Hi Chris,   Sorry for the slow reply.  I found someone in my friends network that I didnt realize was a Hvac repair tech.  He squared me up quickly.  I will save your contact info as well though for future use.

Hi team,

I have a furnace that is down at one of my units.  I was not able to diagnose or remedy the problem on my own so I need to get a hvac guy.  Before just calling anyone, does anyone here have any suggestions for a investor friendly repair man in exchange for loyalty at each of our units?  I prefer working this way and thought we may have someone here or you have someone who has been good to you and you want to give back too.   Thanks in advance.

No suggestions on where to get windows replaced?

The house has siding which will be repainted soon.  Home is about 100 years old with original lead windows.

It seems this day everyone is offering buy 1 get 1 deals on windows. They are atleast 100 local companies all bidding for your business. But who should get it? Well, i am lost. Can someone help direct me to what I am looking for, what is a good deal? I need to replace about 40 windows in one of my new BRRRR homes. This is a huge cost, what am i looking for, what should i be paying roughly per window installed? Is there a national chain you typically use? Thanks so much in advance.

The news article makes it sound like they have been trying to get them out.
