I have found Zillow to be way off on prices in my area I would talk to a realtor who is also an investor.

Thanks Gail. I tried this in a small bedroom and it turned out ok. Some of the paper did not lay flat and where it was not totally covered in glue the color changed when stain was added. I hope it hold ups to tenants better than carpet.

Anyone try this?? Looks like to might hold up well with all the coats of stain.

I'm a realtor but I will have one of my partners call the listing agent and get the offer in thru the listing agent. You will be amazed how many time you get the deal. I'm glad to give up a 1k for 10k.

I always try to use home depot behr semi gloss white but always seem to have other people just giving me partials. Little pricey but it sprays and rolls well.

Check year to see if its moveable most can't so they almost give them away, talk with the park manager about rents and rentals within the park. Search and find out what's be rented and for how much in that area.
