I would want to see that she has income before signing a lease. Great - she has two months of rent covered but what about the other 10 months in question assuming it's a 1 year lease. What happens if she doesn't get a job or there aren't any jobs available?

MNREIA is the largest around in the Twin Cities. They have good content and good speakers at their monthly events. Lots of investors to network with.
