Looking to get started in real estate investing!

Hello! My name is Fizum(Fiz) Eyob and I live in Eagan, MN. I’m new to the forum but a long time listener of the BP podcast. I wanna get started in real estate investing but looking for guidance to acquire a property. I love the idea of creative financing and would like to pursue this route but definitely open to different avenues as well. A little about me I’m 32, married, with a baby on the way, super excited! I own a townhome that I bought about 3 years ago, home ownership has treated me well so far, no complaints. I work as a maintenance technician currently so I am great with my hands and isn’t afraid of hard work. 

If anybody in my area has information for me or would like to meet up to further discuss my plans that would be awesome!
