so I made my offer and it was denied for being too low. I then made a second offer and it got accepted but they would not give me inspections time and would not move on it. So I had to walk way. I got a little discourage but now that I have made offers I am going to keep going.

I put in an offer and the seller comes back with zero inspection days. Has anyone seen this and how should I take it? Obviously I'm not going to buy a property without inspections. Anyone experience this? Realtors tells me seller is confident they can sell the house, since it has clear title, so they won't move one giving me days for inspection. Thanks in advance for knowledge.

I have a rental and my tenant has Section 8, all utilities are her responsibility. I feel if they do not see the bill they won't be cautious of use. Go with your gut.

I'm a newbie to the industry and not sure where to look up comparable property recently sold. I have been presented with a property by a realtor and I'm one of those trust but confirms. So I want to just do a quick search myself.
