My wife and I are relocating, have found a lovely home for ourselves, just received the home inspection...

Aside from some minor to moderate issues...

Polybutylene piping is in the home...

House is approx 2,200 sq. feet...

Assuming we can come to a meeting of the mind with other issues, what do you feel cost to remediate this plumbing?

Have been offered 5 yr. ARM on 30 yr. Amort. for (3) properties we own for cash...

They are $55,000 to $70K range...They will provide 75% LTV.

I am also looking for a FIXED 30 yr. MTG for each of these... If you find someone please advise.

I will be moving to Pensacola this spring and wish to " break bread" with like minded individuals like yourself.

My wife and I currently have 2 properties rented and bringing the 3rd one on line soon.

You may also wish to check out HUD Homes site as well as the info from the other local wholesalers from earlier posts. Maybe hack a property or two?

Hello!

My wife and I wish to continue to invest in SFH's and Duplex's + in Escambia County Fl.

However, we do not have full time boots on the ground. We anticipate being in FL w/in (2) years.

We are willing to do mailings,phone calls etc. to find properties, however, anyone having success on building their property assets w/o.  full time help in place?

We do use a property manager who is very good for our (2) existing properties.

We wish to secure another 50 SFH's over next 10 years.
