My wife and I financed all of our properties this way.

Agreed, do NOT cash policies in... You are able to fund to specific limits otherwise they lose the Tax Preferred status. I am very happy to answer specific questions. I had posted my contact info but was told it was not appropriate. I am on Linkedin... Best! Larry

My wife and I are curious about Sect. 8 Housing, the (+'s) and (-'s) of offering this in Pensacola.

We understand there is a serious shortage of affordable rents and are considering it.

I have client with duplex's at 5% 30 yr fixed in FL. Anyone know of banks that re-finance with possible cash out ? LTV currently 60%. Excellent credit. Thank you!
