Mortgages on 70k and below homes
Hi everyone I need some help finding a mortgage company in the clearwater, Florida area. I currently have 3 homes in my portfolio and am looking to grow since I sold a triplex that doubled in price. I'm looking to buy some single family homes that are priced in the 70k and below range. My current mortgage company and a couple others I've spoken to won't deal with loans under 60k so I'm essentially told to look elsewhere. Any advice on who would be more likely to do smaller loans?
