Post: Looking for Landlords in New Tampa Florida

Hey BP Family,

I hope you all are prospering and living well during these times. I'm reaching out because my best friend and I are relocating to New Tampa Florida. I'm moving my real estate business and she just acquired an executive position in Davenport. We like New Tampa because of the schools. We both want to rent for a year before purchasing so we give ourselves a year to learn the market. Are their any landlords in this group who have properties in this area who needs a tenant within the next 90 days?

Hey Allan thanks for taking the time to respond. For the average landlord no I cannot see why they would want to accept crypto. A landlord that is hedging against the American Dollar I could see them finding value trading crypto for housing. I foresee in the next 3-5 years many Americans teaching themselves how to trade as a way of living and not everyone wants to learn that skill so, it creates a way for landlords to get involved with crypto indirectly.

Are landlords accepting crypto currency yet or I'm too early?

I really appreciate everyone comments. but Jon is right yes these are quitcalims that are straight from the bank. I always advise to buyers to contact the local tax office to check on any past due taxes that may be on the property.

Sorry about that error. These are REO's it would be impossible for me to get a warranty on each one but thank you for your input :-)

Just a quick question do cash buyers mind purchasing a house that is a quick claim deed? I have several but been having a little trouble getting them sold

Thanks again everyone for the feed back. Tomorrow I will start making phone calls again. I think I'm struggling between trying to sound professional and sounding like a telemarketer. I get their phone number from "for rent ads or craiglist". In my case developing a buyers list 1st is not going to work because I have deals throughout the US and these deals sell quick so I have to work fast and so does the buyer which is why I'm having such a difficult time. But thank you all very much for your advice any more tips would be helpful.

Thank You

Thanks everyone I really appreciate the feedback.
Rob-yes I try to give them as much information as possible but most of the properties I have are in bulk and in areas I have never been in so sometimes its difficult. Most of the time I have to ask them questions to make sure I send them a property or properties that meet their criteria. Sometimes even just introducing myself to them brings questions such as "who are you", "how did you get my number", "what are you talking about". After that the conversation goes south.
