Josh- yes I'm prepared I have read every article on here about starting out in investing and wholesaling. I'm still nervous because they do have a 12 week program and I still have a 9-5 i want to quit badly but I know that I'm suppose to be able to have constant cash flow before I just quit my job. I'm also nervous about the cost.

GOOD NEWS! I got my first assisgnment as a "dog bird" but I'm having trouble finding motivated sellers in the area the investor is requesting..any suggestions anyone

My name is Brittany I'm new to biggerpockets I signed up just a few days ago and have read several articles. I'm going to start out in wholesaling as well.
