Looking for Landlords in New Tampa Florida

Hey BP Family,

     I hope you all are prospering and living well during these times. I'm reaching out because my best friend and I are relocating to New Tampa Florida. I'm moving my real estate business and she just acquired an executive position in Davenport. We like New Tampa because of the schools. We both want to rent for a year before purchasing so we give ourselves a year to learn the market. Are their any landlords in this group who have properties in this area who needs a tenant within the next 90 days?
