My Name is Bob Huggins I just moved to Nashville TN for Tucson AZ for the real estate opportunity. I flipped 8 homes in Tucson back in 2004-2008 but I've been out of the game since. I'm in the construction field, had a residential remodeling business in AZ but looking to focus my efforts towards my own projects. Looking to get into the Building/Development opportunities that are available in Nashville. The Short Term Rental market here is going crazy and I am currently House Hacking a unit that my buddy owns. We do Airbnb STR while I stay in the available back bedroom. I fixed the place up and I'm now also managing the STR.
