Hello Everyone,

My Name is Bob Huggins I just moved to Nashville TN for Tucson AZ for the real estate opportunity. I flipped 8 homes in Tucson back in 2004-2008 but I've been out of the game since. I'm in the construction field, had a residential remodeling business in AZ but looking to focus my efforts towards my own projects. Looking to get into the Building/Development opportunities that are available in Nashville. The Short Term Rental market here is going crazy and I am currently House Hacking a unit that my buddy owns. We do Airbnb STR while I stay in the available back bedroom. I fixed the place up and I'm now also managing the STR. Looking to get more involved in the real estate opportunities here and i'm excited to see where it goes with the help of Bigger Pockets family!
