A little late to the response here. But, if you're still searching then yes, you would need to file with the state as a Foreign or Out-of-State Entity.

@Jacoby Atako along the lines of Yaron, and basically all others. Be real and logical. Not only with me but with yourself. Don’t try and spread yourself so thin, especially when it comes to financing. I want investor clients who will be around for flip 2, 3, 4, and so on; not who will call it quits after the first.

Yes, if you're out in the DFW area then like Bruce mentioned, you can find them out in the rural areas. Celina, Gunter, Pilot Point, Greenville, and Sherman just to name a few. Side note: I'm not entirely sure what's happening in Pilot Point but I've had a handful of lease leads that are horse trainers moving to the area. Hope to know more about that sooner rather than later.

@Jeff Rocha I believe you would normally need to get a construction loan for this. However, there are some lenders that will finance as a modular/prefab. You might want to reach out to some of the lenders in your area via BP. I would be curious if you could get into some creative financing as you would with a RV park.

@Shivam Patel Google Wave Accounting. It’s free and easy to use with all types of integrations for banking. It also has a feature to upload receipts.

I’m considering a commercial property that’s already used for RV campsites. I’d like to keep this as is. Are there any suggestions on standard and/or creative financing suggestions?
