My wife found a FB free event in our local Columbus area. We went and they pushed the "reduced price" 3 day course which we signed up for.   Since then I stumbled upon  Bigger Pockets which appears to be a great resource. I think we are still going , pick up whatever we can get from the event and scram. No 25k coaching from for us even if they offer it. That's ridiculous.  Seems to be a lot of good info here on BP. Wish I had found this place sooner. 

Hello all, 

I'm new to the real estate investing world. Just went to a Than Merrill free informational class , bought a 3 day weekend class with my wife and found out about Bigger Pockets after much internet perusing.  I'm hoping to learn as much as I can to see if this is something I can do.
