I would more so focus on a few neighborhoods of Columbus. A lot of people get too caught up with buying something around one of the new plants but in reality, it is typically all farm land that is already bought or high end suburbs. The whole city will be affected by the new operations not just the immediate areas @Joseph Chacko vellukunnel

I would reccomend somewhere in the midwest then. Typically it is still hard to have it covered without a roommate if its not in a C class area, but it is possible

There are good deals in every market so not sure if you are referring exactly as best, but if its in terms of price point then the midwest offers some good options

Markets like Cleveland, Dayton and Toledo will be better ohio markets for cashflow than Columbus which can cashflow but is also more on the appreciation side

I recommend going with a turnkey property for your first out of state purchase but dont recommend using a turnkey provider. There are too many conflicts of interest when all of your team is under the same roof. Just put in a little more time and due diligence on forming a team and that will be better in the long run @Josh Haney
