@Jamie Burns that's awesome. I really like the simplicity and layout of REI Automator. It really lays all the info out there in an intuitive fashion. What ultimately sold me on REALEFlow was the layering ability to search for properties. (Evidently, I was wrong in saying I can search by age group on Realeflow. I don't see that now that I've looked closer).

Let us know how you like the software!

Sorry for the late reply.

Post: Awesome Augmented Reality/floorplan app!

I just stumbled across this little app called  ARPlan 3D that allows you to stand in a room, and create a digital 3-D model/floorplan with measurements. It's pretty neat! I was playing around with it today and thought BP might find it interesting or useful...maybe for a quick measurement for rehab cost, window costs, flooring costs etc?

I am not affiliated with this app in any way.

@Julie Kern

So inspiring!

@Daniel Rosado

Try an app called "On X Hunt". There's a reddish/orange box around the "X" in the logo.

It's a hunting/outdoors app but you can actually use it to search for property boundaries as well as owner information.

It has different layers, most of them will won't apply, such as hunting unit overlays, but the two layers that can really help are the parcel data overlay and possibly the topography map overlay. And yes, it has property owner information for cities as well (being the app is designed for the woods/hunting purposes).

I'm trying it for 7 days as a trial, and then it's $30/yr after that.

Try it in your area and see if it works for you.

@David M.

Yes I agree.

After trying all three I actually went with Realeflow because I liked the way rehab calcs were set up, along with the ability to layer search results (for instance, HIGH EQUITY + OVER 50 Y/O).

Granted the ability to layer search results is a very expensive upgrade for me right now ($1k for lifetime access), but may be very beneficial for direct mail lists after I have a few deals under my belt.

I still really, really like the way REI Automator shows market analytics as well as quick comps and values if prospective properties.

Hello everyone!

I haven't posted much in the BP forums but I'm finally committing to jumping head first into wholesaling.

I'm checking out different all-in-one software platforms and came across "REI Automator".

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I'm giving the REIPro, Realeflow and REI Automator a side-by-side trial comparison and it looks like this software is really solid. It also seems somewhat new as I can't find much info or feedback on it. The way it is set up and the way it analyzes and builds reports look very professional. Also, the way the search function and leads are set up looks like it may have an edge on other products?

Has anyone used this software and what did you think compared to the others?

Thank you!

@Sam Shueh thanks for the heads up. I plan on taking to an attorney and double check on this for Washington before I get started just so I don't find myself in hot water. I appreciate the reply. Have a good one.

@Aaron K. thanks for the advice.

That was exactly my thought process, to try and be top of mind for whoever has a friend or relative that needs to sell quickly.

I was just thinking since I live in such a small community where everyone knows everyone, I could leverage that instead of seeing it as a disadvantage but your reasoning makes sense. The juice might not be worth the squeeze.

Thanks again.

@Robert Freeborn Gotcha. Do you know a process in which I could filter these warm handoffs from actual leads? Or would it be a better approach to follow up on all warm handoffs AND leads myself, then pay a fee to whichever one I closed on? I'm just trying to put the word out in the community that I'm looking for houses and willing to compensate ANYONE who brings me a deal. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

@Aaron Klatt I'm talking about getting my name out to community members, not particularly "wholesalers". My idea would be to put the word out in my community that any random person who brought me a lead, I would pay a fee to IF I closed. My community is fairly small and word of mouth travels really, really fast here. I was hoping I could leverage that so people would have me in the back of their minds if they had a friend or relative needing to sell, knowing I would pay them a fee. Not to mention, a $500 or $1,000 fee would go a long ways to the people in my area. What are your thoughts? Thanks for the reply.
