Just thought someone here might be able to take advantage of what seems to be a pretty good deal. I stumbled on this by accident. I'm not affiliated with the entrepreneur.com or Mashvisor in any way...just wanted to pass this on for anyone that might want to take advantage of what seems to me like a decent deal.

Have a good one!

@Scott Passman

I just want to say I love this post.

There is so much ACCESS to information today that generations before us never had. School, for some, was the only possible education.

Today, if you have a smartphone or access to the internet, it's almost free.

There have always been bookstores and libraries if course, but never had so much info been literally in the palm of our hand.

It's a double edge said sword, though, because with that information we naturally have a lot of bad info to decipher or sift through.

Post: Postcard Website Similar to Deal Machine?

Hello. Hope everyone has had a good week!

Is anyone aware of a postcard/direct mail website that creates postcards similar to the Deal Machine templates?

Or, if anyone knows what Deal Machine uses for their direct mail fulfillment?

I'd love to use the same templates I've made in Deal Machine for larger lists of recipients, with a user profile photo and a personalized picture of the property.

I know this is a tall order but thought someone might be aware of something similar?

I'm SURE somebody has stumbled across this Chrome plugin before, but who knows, maybe some people don't know about it??

I discovered it yesterday and figured some of you real estate agents or others doing multiple deals might find it useful!

It's called "Folio". You can search for it in the Google Chrome Webstore or on YouTube.

It looks like it basically plugs into your Gmail and combs through your messages to pull all of your active deals, neatly file them into a "Folio" folder, organize different dates like closings or inspections, and also create a simple landing page for your clients to visit and keep up to date on important dates and documents.

I have no affiliation with this app. Just thought it might be useful to someone! Check it out!

@LeRon Mitchell yes it does look like a rebranded PropStream, no doubt. Great software, though!

@LeRon Mitchell I don't actually know where they get their comps from. I have RealeFlow as well...kind of trying both until I figure out which one works better for me personally. I'm starting to lean a little more towards REIAutomator. The flow is so simple and user friendly. So PropStream must be similar? I've never heard of that one.

I'll message RealeFlow and see where they get their comps.

@Account Closed yes I am going to convince them today to find an agent to handle much of the stress and paperwork for them. I got a little caught up in their panic myself and was just trying to find a solution because they need this thing gone like yesterday. I want them to get as much as they can out of it. Unfortunately, I don't have my license so I can only refer them to someone and they can maybe negotiate a favorable commission with the agent.
