@Kanoelehua Lee Start with learning from BP on running numbers. Research your market and price points. Contact realtors and join local FB groups in that market. Research on Contractors. Find Property Managers.

@Kanoelehua Lee I live on the west side of Oahu. I buy mainly out of State. My markets is Kansas City including MO and KS. You need to build up your core 4 or you will not go very far. Lmk if you get any questions
