Hi. How do I go about putting together a package deal price for 5 properties my seller has. They are all on one street, but different ARV's Is this even possible to do one lump sum to my buyer? Please help!

I have a motivated seller who is leasing with the option to buy. Can anyone investor take over the payments and later on down the line have the -seller buy the home back again and pay the investor back even if they have to pay extra money per month?

Does anybody have a contract that I can use for the seller and buyer? (I know that they are two different contracts.) I have a purchase and sale contract from my attorney for the buyer I suppose.

yes it is! I also found out that i can find the properties that were sold and the sale price on zillow.com. i am waiting to see how to view the listings in a different view for the owners info.
