I matched a buyer to a property. He is ready to buy. What contract do I use with the buyer that states he owes me my fee aside from the purchase price? There should be the contract with the deal and then a separate contract of what he owes me when the deal closes.

Good to know.. I didn't even think about asking the PM's!

I just needed to figure out who to reach out to in order to find those fresh deals that other wholesalers haven't flooded the market with!

Thanks again!

What is the best way to find my own off market commercial properties (duplexes, apt bldgs, multi-family properties) with good returns?

Can i use a general agreement to purchase and sale contract for all states for my sellers and buyers?

And if I use a realtor, what type of contract do I use with them?

Thank you
