How would I assign my JV contract to the buyer, if my JV partner brings the buyer to the deal, but doesn't want me to have the investors info?

What can I do if there are no comps to compare for my deal w/out using a Realtor? Can I use a neighborhood close by?

Sure... I received the lead from a bandit sign I posted and I was just blessed that the seller had 5 to sell at once. 

She said she so my sign and I asked her the information for the property thinking that it was only one property only to find out that it was 5! :) 

We are working out the details as I believe she may have more property but I will definitely keep you all posted on how this deal goes!
