@Tom S. thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Unfortunately I wasn’t approved but I’m going to keep trying.

Does any one know or have an idea of where I can get a personal loan for 10-15k so I can convert my garage into a studio that I will be renting out? Ive tried so online lenders and I'm waiting to hear back from some local credit unions. If you have any other ideas Id appreciate it. Thanks

Best of luck my friend

I'm house hacking with my mother in law living with us in the mother-in-law suite. It reduces our living expenses with no daycare and shared expenses. I'm not Nomading™ because I'm not moving around to different properties. You can do them separately or combine them.

Ok I get it now thanks for the clarification.

What’s the difference between house hacking and nomad?

I was an administrator for a care facility and it is very rewarding. I ran the facility but wasn’t in charge of finding residents a lot of times they had difficulty finding clients or if they did they underpaid. I think the 2 biggest mistakes they made were they didn’t have a strong advertising plan and relied too much on placement agencies and were in an over saturated market. My tip would be pay to have a professional come in to help with advertising it may cost a bit but in the long run it’s going to pay for its self. Second when you looking to find a location go to the state website and look for areas that don’t have many facilities. The book by Sam Walton will give you an idea of how to find the location. Always do it for the people not the money. Dm me if you have any questions.

@Chris Lopez What do you mean by nomad?

Maybe rent a side by side or this machine called a taz. I work as a custodian and it gets the grout nice and clean. If not vinger, a brush to clean grout and regular mopping would probably work it will just take a long time

I wouldn’t go if your 100%. It’s to expensive and time consuming. I think there is a broker out there that would want to take on a young grinder. Your going to be so successful if you keep learning and stick to your plan. god speed

Im looking to open one up in California. They are profitable but it can be difficult to keep the facility full and find clients that are willing to pay 3k which should be the minimum. My city is over populated though so maybe its different in cities arent. If you have any questions you can DM me
