Hey everyone. I am 20 years old and currently live in the mid west. I live at home and don't really have any bills and right now have saved up a little over $20,000. I wanted to get to $30,000 before starting my home search. I was planning on buying a 2-4 unit property with an FHA loan.

Now with the whole virus going around I've heard lots of different things from different people. Apparently FHA loans have been suspended. Is now still a good time to buy? What would you do if you were me? I was very eager to start and now this happens :/ Thank you!

What are some ways to raise capital or get into real estate? I currently work on a boat on a river making about $2200 a month. I save pretty much all of it as I don’t have any plans. I just turned 20 and I wanted to save atleast $25,000 to start house hacking, get my real estate license, and starting my career. Only problem, I hate my job and it’s making me miserable. I currently have about $12,000 saved and I want to know if any of you have any suggestions on what to do😂 I understand that many people do things they don’t want to do to make things happen but if there is a better way for me to raise capital, please let me know 😅

Post: What kind of fees to expect with FHA loan?

Hi there, so I know with an FHA loan, 3.5% is required for a down payment. Now I'm not entirely sure what kind of fees to expect. Let's use a home valued at $100,000 for an example. Now let's say I had that $3,500 ready to put down. How much would I end up needing all together for closing costs, other fees. Etc. I'm 20 and plan on buying my first multi family next spring 😁

Hey guys! I am 19 and in the Tampa/st. Louis area! I am looking for my first home to house hack. Preferably a 4-unit multi family because I’m wanting to see a little bit more of a profit each month. What are some good ways to find a good multi family for sale as-well as finding one cheap? (Auctions/realtor/wholesaler?) etc. thank you! :)
