Creative ways to raise capital!

What are some ways to raise capital or get into real estate? I currently work on a boat on a river making about $2200 a month. I save pretty much all of it as I don’t have any plans. I just turned 20 and I wanted to save atleast $25,000 to start house hacking, get my real estate license, and starting my career. Only problem, I hate my job and it’s making me miserable. I currently have about $12,000 saved and I want to know if any of you have any suggestions on what to do😂 I understand that many people do things they don’t want to do to make things happen but if there is a better way for me to raise capital, please let me know 😅

@Blake McFarlane Congrats on deciding to invest so early in life.

The best strategy for you would be a house-hack. You buy a multi-unit, qualify for FHA, live in one unit and have tenants in others. Look into this strategy/financing and see how to implement it.

Best!
