Lance,
I tried to send you a colleague request.
I do not see the colleague request button on your profile.
Will you send me a colleague request?

Hello Lance!

Welcome to BP Nation!

It sounds like you are doing good.
You've got a good start but do not quit your day job just yet.

I could point you to a whole bunch of quit claim deed deals.
But why do you want those type of deals?

Donna,
I tried to send you a colleague request.
Your profile only has the "follow Donna" button on it.

I agree with Andrew that you need to market to these people in one form or another. And you need to contact them very soon.

Next step is finding an investor or someone who will negotiate and/or can buy the short sale and thus being the end buyer for you.

Send me a colleague request and we can talk more about this.

Des,
Tried to send you a colleague request but your profile page does not have that. It just has the "follow des" tag.

They have their address and phone # with a contact name in the ad.

The ad also says that these are ALL accredited investors (5 million wealthy investors) that they do an email broadcast out to.

As a result of your email campaign they then take the calls and screen them according to what your company is looking for.

They might open their mail because of 2 things: It is from someone that they probably know (Nimmer Law Office) and might have done business with in the past;
and it is an email letter and not a snail mail letter.

They are not sending out a list, they are sending your ad out to their list of high wealth investors, according to the ad.

This ad has been sent to me several times by a company called Breadstreet dot com.

I know this is not a real estate company but it is still a question.
The company is "Nimmer Law Office" located in Omaha, NE.
They say that they have 5 million private high wealth investors that they can send your email ad out to for a cost of $12,500. They also say that they typically get about a 20% response, on average.
My question is this: Does anyone know of this company?
Has anyone had dealings with this company?
Particularly with this package offering?
