Hey everyone! Just writing to see if anyone has ever bought a property off of Hubzu.com? I'm intrigued about a certain property but I don't know what to do if I win the property. Do I need to have the full amount for the property by the end of the auction or do they give you some time to line up financing? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Hey everyone! I'm currently looking at a deal that has a septic system attached. I'm looking over the financial aspects of the deal and just doing my due diligence. I'm asking if anybody knows the opportune costs for a septic tank? (electricity used to power it up, etc.) The property has city water and a septic tank. I was able to figure out the monthly expense for the water but I have no idea what the costs for the septic tank are. I know this is a very weird but I just thought I'd give a post a try! Thanks again, and if anyone knows what the monthly expenses would be related to the septic system feel free to let me know! Thank you everyone!
