Buying Properties Off of Hubzu

Hey everyone! Just writing to see if anyone has ever bought a property off of Hubzu.com? I'm intrigued about a certain property but I don't know what to do if I win the property. Do I need to have the full amount for the property by the end of the auction or do they give you some time to line up financing? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I personally wouldn't waste your time with Hubzu...they are very rarely really good deals and there are funky things that happen with bidding that most don't fully understand...put Hubzu in the BP search box above and see what others on BP have said! Mostly not that good!
