@James Canoy anything that is new is definitely going to cause some nervousness.  Seeing as I haven't purchased my first property, I know exactly what you are going through.  I've had the ability to make a couple offers, but unfortunately nothing as been accepted.  I'm a big believer in positive thoughts.  No matter what the situation, continue to focus on the positives instead of the negatives.  Let me know how everything goes!!!  

Gavin Trey glad that you're looking to take the jump into real estate! What kind of numbers were you getting? If the numbers work then they work. What kind of neighborhood is this property in? Also, what kind of lease is the current tenant on? Hope I can help you in any way.
