I have been using a handyman who does a very good job and is EXTREMELY HONEST (which is the most important aspect to me).  If anybody interested send me a PM.

Here are the names of those you should NOT use as contractors as all of them are crooks - they take your deposit money (materials, 1st phase labor) and simply disappear.

Followed advice from two BP members and hired Kalem Williamson as a contractor - HUGE mistake,  The guy took the money and split. Would not respond to any calls/emails. He is also a BP member...  Be aware and avoid at all cost !

Need an HONEST and RELIABLE contractor/handyman to do a medium-size rehab (flooring, painting, etc).  Needs to be quite reasonable in price (due to  cash flow).
