@Yvette Valencia, do you mind sharing how you got $200 cash flow on this deal? How much were your estimates for monthly expenses.

Looking at similar numbers I cant see how it would cash flow.

@Javier Barrera, Congratulations on your new home! Having rent pay the mortgage with a second house is a better choice.

Do you mind sharing where did you buy the property and what were the costs associated.
