Just bought my first home. Do i pay it off ASAP or buy another
I just bought my first home (single family) for around 90k with a 15 year loan. It is in great shape, and i can afford to pay it off In about 5 years. My question is, should i pay it off as soon as possible or should i work on buying another home in a year, and have one up for rent pay for itself?
