Currently I have 1 cash buyer, namely my boss. It is strange, but I can't see how difficult it would be for an investor to pass on a great deal to make money.

What is difficult and frustrating is looking at high gas prices. If you see anything as rough and mind tearing as looking at gas prices going up, let me know. I'm always open to new techniques, so please enlighten me.
