Bob Bryenton from US Real Estate Ventures will be our guest speaker at the August meeting. His real estate career started in 1996 purchasing single-family rental homes, fix and flip, and rehabs. This evolved over time into US Real Estate Ventures, LLC which was formed in 2008 focusing on multifamily apartment complexes throughout the Southeast, office buildings, and purchasing and selling discounted notes backed by real estate. US Real Estate Ventures and partners have successfully syndicated purchases of over several thousand apartment units with accredited investors. These syndications have produced double-digit returns for the investors.
Bob is a past board member and Chairman of the Board for Western North Carolina's Big Brothers Big Sisters and past board member(numerous committee chair positions) of Carolina Real Estate investment Association (CREIA), held a North Carolina General Contractors license, and part owner of multiple Keller Williams Market Centers.

Mr. Bryenton will be presenting a case study on one of the Multifamily deals he bought, what he did to add value and force appreciation, and his exit strategy.

Please come join us on August 17th. See link above for time and location.
