As an investor, I found myself spending too many hours digging through thousands of listings for properties for sale.  I had to find a better way to get through those properties.  To do that, I turned to my 20 yrs experience in software development and created a tool to quickly analyze all the properties sent to me.

I created a tool that performs all the comparable valuation, location, and size analysis that is common to most investors.

I am opening up the use of the software to anyone.  Of course, you have to supply the data.  My software data mines the data you provide and creates an Excel formatted report for you.

If you are interested, please contact me for more information on the required data fields and how to get your own report.  I can supply a sample report for you to evaluate, if you aren't quite ready to start analyzing your area.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Todd Heidenthal

Hello,

My partner and I are looking for realtor/brokers who are investor friendly and MLS savvy in various markets. We are currently working in CA, GA, AL, PA, IA, and IL, and are willing to expand.

We need agents who can provide us MLS one-line data for their markets in csv or xls format. We can provide specifics of periods of time and required data points once we have started a dialog.

We use this information to reduce the work of the agent by locating our own properties to inspect and invest in.  This allows the agent to spend more time providing their other services to us and other clients.

If you are an agent or know an agent who fits this description, or is willing to learn what we need, please let me know.  Even if you are in the areas listed above, we would like to speak with you.  We don't have all areas covered and are willing to partner with the right agent to advance both our careers.

Thanks,

Bill and Todd

Have been on BP for some months and my participation has been underwhelming. Doing my best to change that going forward and check out PRO posts daily and respond where I can be helpful.

Not soliciting anything. Just want you to know that my company is based in IL and Silicon Valley. We are both buyers and private lenders (our own funds) on lower $ ARV SFR properties throughout the U.S. We are a newer small firm (three of us), but we have done deals in recent months in IA and GA with two more in IA pending and one in IL.

So...glad to join this PRO forum.  Connect with me anytime.

Continued success to all of you.
