And also why is the 4 year ownership important?

@Bradley Smotherman

Sounds like a fantastic idea.

1)  Knowing that you had 6,000 mailers to send out what list did you use or what multiple lists do you use.

2)  Do you have a higher volume answering service set up to handle the calls?  I would expect an absolute glut of calls.  In this case a long voicemail might serve to really weed out the tire kickers.

Thanks and goodluck

Rick

@Michael Quarles

Is that a special deal?  I have used your company several times now and I would think that volume of sent media would cost closer to ~$6k

Also can you please explain the "2 drops"?

Thanks

Hello,

I am looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in the Rhode Island/souther MASS region. This person would ideally be knowledgeable about both buy and hold and fix N flip single family and multi family properties.

Please let me know if you are interested.

Thanks

You can also use a site like fiverr.com and pay VAs $5 a pop to generate some logos.  For 20 dollars you can generate a few concepts that can help you choose.

Hi @Daniel Francis

Thanks for the information and the term.  I was not familiar with it.

I asked the same question of my real estate agent and she was kind enough to do some searching and found that the property was recently sold to an LLC. She used the website "ZABA" to find the addresses and phone numbers.

This place looks good.  No building permits pulled on it and it is in real bad shape.

Thanks again

Rick

While driving through town I spotted a property that is in a serious state of disrepair.  I would like to contact the owner an inquire about it but there is some difficult.

Tax records list a husband a wife that have thier addresses listed as the property, (it is obviously unoccupied now).  I found an obituary for the husband who was 86 a few years ago.  There is a sale of the house 6 months later.  I am guessing he passed away and it fell into disrepair.

My issue is that the public records have not updated if it has infact been sold.

Any ideas on how to contact the owners?

Thanks

Rick
