Its not that i need a mentor for wholesailing because we know that is easy to do. I want to work with a mentor because this is my passion and i like to learn from expert in the business. There are alot of avenue i want to learn in this business. Everybody need someone to work with it not what you know it's who you know.

I need a realtor who is willing to network with me and work together and close deals. I'm starting my real estate investment team and looking for good people to work with. I been in the mortgage business and know how our business works. This is my passion and now my full time career.

Starting off i want do wholesailing. I know how to write contract and assign them. I know and have learn different area of investing but since i have no one to work with yet i have to start with wholesailing. This is a full time business for me. What do i need to offer?
