I need a mentor to work with me. I pick up very fast when it come to real estate. I'm new to real estate investing but not new to real estate. I worked in the mortgage business for 4 years now. I'm very passion for this business. I have done my homework and just need that good mentor to work with me.

I don't sure about wholesailing REO, I see and hear that people are doing it. So i like to know the best way to flip a REO property.

Only a few people really know how to do it.

You hear about wholesailing REO but no one knows about it.

It's funny you say 500 fico miracle,that what i said when i first learn about it. I'm not a big real estate investor yet so i will use the information with my team that i'm putting together so we can put flip and put as many buyers into there home before this program is known by everyone.

I want to focus on wholesailing and buying REO properties. I want to network with people who see my same goals and let's put some deals together. I know the basic and learning everyday. I want to work with good people(investors) and put buyers into there new home with this program i have. I'm working on building my real estate team and my real estate investment business.
