Licensed ? How do I get licensed?

I have a project in scranton PA. Did not purchase yet but look ARV is 145k and I will be offering at most 95k..Any lenders that can assist?What are the requirements

Offering Roi on a property in Scranton. Will discuss percentage return based on how much you invest, nothing over 8k per investor will be taken or needed. Return can be monthly and cumulative or after 12 Months return will be returned in one lump sum plus interest..

I agree with Josh. Finish the course, it will set you apart from those that don't have the license. You may become a broker or even an owner one day, the road to investing splits and turns and the more access you have to material, sales, deals the better. Keep in touch, look for deals

Thank you first of all for taking the time to assit me in pinpointing a direction. I can put off the instant gratification of the income from a flip, I am focused on the long term rental/passive income properties right now. I have a full time job so I am not at all looking to wholesale at this time ( I do know that for sure). Thank you again!

Would like to start by saying , Thank you fro taking the time to write that valaubale advice.I did in fact do what you suggested on my first 2 unit as well as my second property I live on that has 2 houses on it. I was exploring the option and going to try to do something a little different but I thank you for confirming an issue i was wrestling with regarding wihich avenue to pursue.
