Private lender

I am seeking a private lender for a single family residential project in south central Pennsylvania. I know the residential markets quite well in this part of Pennsylvania, and have assembled a great team for the rehab. My colleague has done fixes and flips before and he's teaching me a lot. I have several other residential opportunities here and am looking to develop a fruitful, long term business relationship with a lender.

Thank you in advance for your consideration. I look forward to discussing this.

Chad
