I am new to this so I can learn from some responses as well , but I am screening right now via questions and sending our standard qualifications, I am offering a link to a video tour I took of the vacant home I have available . If standard qualifications and application seem qualified pending the background / credit check , I am offering personal tours of the home . I have yet to have anyone meet the standards and turn in a qualified application after 65 inquiries .  So I haven’t had to give any tours yet . But I will expect us to wear masks and keep distance . Lysol when we are done . 

Any PROS out there feel like I am doing something wrong please chime in , I am very green at this but read the Book by the Turners “  managing rental properties “ and am following his advice to a T . Weeding out the prospects.

Had a pet rabbit , clean if caged  but if you have carpet they chew carpet .

I personally have a cockatiel he stays in a cage , very low maintenance, I’d accept one in my rental . 

Now the sugar glider is a nocturnal squirrel that I’ve had as pests in my attic before , they are like mice with tails in my opinion , get into everything . I wouldn’t allow that in one of my rentals .
