Indy investors -do you have a good concrete contractor who can do mud jacking?  I need to raise a concrete porch.  I also need a good and reasonable handyman.  Any recommendations?

@Brian Eastman, Thanks for the rplay.  The Austin attorney recommended by uDirect did the formation of the entity.  He took 3 weeks to do it, which I know to be an extremely long time, as most of his docs were boiler plate.  Are you an attorney?  I formed a LLC, funded from my IRA, to invest in rentals. For me, a 401(k) was not an option.

I am using some of my IRA to buy investment properties. Does anyone have a good custodian they can recommend? I started with uDirect, and it has gone from bad to worse.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

It's funny you say that.  uDirect is my IRA custodian. Do you like their services? I've seen several people on BP refer them.

Yes. I was going to do the LLC myself, but was told everything must be arms length. Therefore, I am need the LLC formation and the operating agreement.

I am using my inherited IRA to buy properties, and uDirect will handle the IRA.  Does anyone know of good attorneys in Indiana, who are also reasonable?  Thanks!
